What is Christmas like at Journey?

Hey there! Thank you for stopping by our website. We all need Christmas this year now more than ever!  If you are searching for a church this Christmas that is practical, relevant, and biblical, we are here for you. Each Sunday in December, we will have a powerful experience of your favorite Christmas songs and an inspiring Christmas message that's suitable for the entire family!  We would love to get to know you. We want to see lives changed here by the power of Jesus Christ, and we see that happen every week when someone steps through our doors or watches online. We look forward to meeting you this Christmas!  See below what we have planned for the entire month and information on our Christmas Eve Services, including how to reserve your seat. See you soon!

Sermon Series

The Weary World Rejoices

The weary world've heard and sung this famous Christmas Carol "O Holy Night." Do you know why?

The 400 silent years before Jesus's birth was a dark time, and that is why His coming was so monumental.  As the first Christmas mattered in a very dark time, so does our Christmas matter this year in dark times!

Giving Tree

Nov. 29-Dec.15

We have identified 5 categories of people that we believe define the “weary world” right now: Healthcare Workers, Police/Fire and EMT, Teachers and School Professionals, Elderly and High Risk, those dealing with physical/financial/mental health issues. On the Giving Tree will be tags that can be taken to meet the needs of certain individuals in our community.  The Giving Tree is located in our lobby.  Please click below for more details on the various ways to help!

Inspiring Message & Music

We can't wait to celebrate Jesus and his birth with an inspiring message that will be relevant and practical to your everyday life!

Christmas at Journey is for the WHOLE family! Our production will be enjoyed by all ages. For this special service, plan to have your kids with you at all times.  Kids will be given an ornament to decorate in the service.

Journey will be decorated, and there will be a special spot where we will designate as a Family Photo Area where it will be especially festive.  However, you may take pictures wherever you would like in our open areas.

Journey is located at:

1800 Grant Street De Pere, WI 54115

In-person services are at various times on December 23 and 24 (select link below for times). We ask that you reserve your spot, so we can provide for social distancing. If plans change, you may switch the service you attend at anytime.

Can't join us in person? Watch our Christmas Service on  Facebook Live an Youtube on December 24 @ 4:00pm.
